Referrals to NPTC can be made by physicians, chiropractors, podiatrists, dentists and osteopaths. Employers, insurance companies and case managers can recommend therapy, with a treating practitioner's authorization. Please call the clinic if you need additional information or help with a referral.
Other insurance policies may be accepted, please call if your insurance carrier is not listed, or if you have any questions. It is also important to note that all patients are responsible for any copays, coinsurance, or deductibles on the day of service. We make every effort to get accurate information from the insurance company but in the event that a service is not covered the patient will be responsible for any and all costs and will be billed promptly. |
